"Yvonne Elliman got her start as Mary Magdalene in "Jesus Christ Superstar" and from that moment on, the seventies were virtually hers. Her biggest hit was, "If I Can't Have You" by the Bee Gees along with their big ballad, "Love Me". But Elliman kept high on the charts with pop heavies like, "Hello Stranger" and, of course, "I Don't Know How To Love Him". "Love Pains" was a big dance hit and it's too bad that the original long version isn't included here, as there is plenty of room. However, "The Millennium Collection" series never include long versions. The only embarrassment here is, "Moment By Moment", the theme song from the "love story" starring (um, drum roll), Lily Tomlin and John Travolta as star-crossed lovers (it bombed). But, the song is good and the rest are even better. Yvonne Elliman is blessed with that deep sexy voice that is unmistakable."

"Super voice and makes you feel the mood from within. Too, bad she did not do more back in the 60's and 70's or now, maybe hopefully...."
Wonderful singer
