How do you ship Vinyl in the mail?

I'd like to know, also

There are mailers made specifically for LP record albums. 

Here are a couple, and I'm sure there are others on Amazon, and eBay as well.

As for cost to ship, it's my understanding that LPs count as Media Mail. I would suggest including additional cardboard or bubble wrap in the mailer to further protect the LP jacket and disc.

Check to see if there is a manufactor/supplier of cardboad mailers in or near where your town

I make my own using four cardboards at 12.5 inch quared, tape together and then use a  cut paper bag with 

tape. I have never had a problem doing this yet.

We get ours from a company called Square Deal out of California, I believe you can find them on Ebay.
Good quality cardboard boxes.
